Hi, I'm Liza.
I'm a marketing strategist and project manager (with degrees in media and behavioural science) with over 20 years of experience across both enterprise and agency worlds. I've built multiple 7-figure agencies from the ground up and have worked with businesses of all sizes, from big corporates to scrappy startups.
In 2022, after running a large team and hitting $250K months, I completely burnt out. I realised I’d built a business that looked impressive on paper but left me drained and disconnected from the life I actually wanted, especially time with my kids.
So, I rebuilt everything. I stripped my agency back, redesigned it around profit, simplicity, and lifestyle and now I help other agency owners do the same. Because scaling doesn’t have to mean sacrificing everything else.
